Lifetime Service Plan.
As you drive away in your brand new Hyundai, you’re instantly eligible for our comprehensive, fully transferable Lifetime Service Plan. Regular servicing by factory-trained Hyundai technicians will not only ensure the best possible on-road performance, it will also help optimise resale value further on down the road.[H4]
Pre-Paid Service Plan.
Lock in today's servicing prices with a pre-paid servicing plan based on your selected milage or year. It's also fully transferrable if you sell the car, for added convenience.
Premium Roadside Support Plan.
Your new Hyundai comes with a 12 month Premium Roadside Support Plan, available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, right across Australia to help get you up and running. We'll also give you an additional 12 months of Premium Roadside Support each time you service at a Hyundai Service Centre. This is available for the Lifetime of your vehicle when you continue to service with us[H2].
Sat Nav Update Plan.
With roads, buildings, landmarks, and other points of interest continually changing, it’s important that you’re always using the most up-to-date maps. That’s why Hyundai iCare ® offers a Sat Nav Update Plan for all new vehicles with factory-fitted satellite navigation. Simply book in for your scheduled service at a participating authorised Hyundai Service Centre to receive an included map update[H3].

5 Year Unlimited Km Warranty.
We are so confident in the technology, materials and workmanship that go into every new Hyundai that each new Hyundai passenger vehicle is backed by Australia’s first 5 Year Unlimited Km Warranty[H1].
8 Year / 160,000 km HV Battery Warranty.
The high voltage lithium-ion battery[B1] used by our Eco vehicles is backed by an 8 year/160,000km replacement warranty (whichever occurs first)[B2].

Experience the convenience of booking online. Just visit the online portal, choose the date and time that suit you, and set up reminders - you'll have it all sorted out with just a few clicks. Personalise your service even further by telling us the details of your car; you can do this by entering your rego number, the VIN or the model year. To help get you started with your new Hyundai, the first service (at 1,500km or 1 month, whichever comes first) is free.

5 Year Warranty
[H1] If the vehicle has been used for private and domestic purposes and is not and has not been previously used for a commercial application, including but not limited to taxi, hire, rental, courier, security, driving school, tour, bus operator or emergency vehicle. Vehicles used at any time for “commercial application”, as defined in the vehicle warranty policy, are excluded. Passenger vehicles that are or have been used for a commercial application are provided with a 5 year/130,000km warranty (whichever occurs first). A People Mover Van that is used or has been used for a commercial application is provided with a 5 year/160,000km warranty (whichever occurs first). A Commercial Van is provided with a 5 year/160,000km warranty (whichever occurs first) regardless of its usage. Premium Roadside Support Plan
[H2] 12 months included Premium Roadside Support when you buy a new Hyundai vehicle from a participating authorised Hyundai Dealer or direct from Hyundai. For purchases of new IONIQ 5 V.3 and IONIQ 6 vehicles, Hyundai offers 24 months Premium Roadside Support. Premium Roadside Support commences from the date of the vehicle’s warranty commencement. When you have your Hyundai vehicle’s scheduled service at a participating Hyundai Dealer, you will receive 12 months of included Premium Roadside Support from the date of service (or 24 months from the date of service for IONIQ 5 V.3 and IONIQ 6 vehicles). This offer is available for all Hyundai vehicles (excluding rental buyers and taxis). See here for full Ts and Cs.
Sat Nav Update Plan
[H3] Only applies to new vehicles with factory-fitted satellite navigation. Updates are delivered annually and are included if the vehicle completes a scheduled service at a participating Hyundai dealer. Models with factory-fitted satellite navigation, updates must be undertaken within 10 years of the vehicle’s initial purchase, maximum number of 9 updates. As part of the Sat Nav Update process, some of your settings may need to be reset. New features are available on selected models. New MY 2021 models will have the latest 2021 maps already installed in the vehicles AVN and will be eligible to install annual map updates once released by AutoEver. For all other Hyundai vehicles (excluding i45), updates must be undertaken within 6 ½ years of the vehicle’s initial purchase, with a maximum number of 5 updates. Lifetime Service Plan
[H4] For the benefit of Hyundai owners, Hyundai provides online quotes, which specify the maximum price applicable for a vehicle's next scheduled maintenance service at a participating authorised Hyundai dealer and using Hyundai Genuine Parts (where required). Online quotes are available at here, apply for a stated effective period only and may change after that effective period without notice. Standard scheduled maintenance services are of limited scope.
